Sarah MorrowPilates Instructor My goal is to educate with an emphasis on form and function and teach with a concern for the over all health of the client. My approach to Pilates is body-mind and somatic. This approach encourages ease in the understanding and integration of the Pilates work. This body-mind approach results in a confidence building and positive experience that reaches beyond the class and into the mundane daily life as the student becomes aware of posture, body-patterns and the breath. In addition, any cross-training an individual does is enhanced as the core work and joint stabilization results in less prevalence of injury and more strength, precision and focus. |
