All classes are scheduled by appointment only. We accept cash and checks should be made out to the individual trainer. Please speak to your trainer about credit card and Paypal options. As a collective, we each run our independent businesses out of one space, sharing in all costs and responsibilities.
Cancellation Policy: You will not be charged for your session if you give us notice 24 business hours before your session.
